Terms of Service

Plain-language terms. The full version sits below.

1 · Who we are

247 Pixels & Code is a sole-trader design + development studio operating in the United Kingdom. Contact: info@247pcservice.co.uk.

2 · How quotes & orders work

Listed package prices (Logos, Websites) are fixed and final for the scope described. Larger or custom work (Telegram apps, backoffice, complex content sites) is quoted per project after a free discovery call. A quote is valid for 30 days.

3 · Payment

For fixed packages: 50% deposit on order confirmation, 50% on delivery. For quoted projects: deposit, milestones, and final payment are set out in the quote. Payment by bank transfer (UK). Invoices are issued via email and due within 14 days of issue unless stated otherwise.

4 · Delivery & revisions

Stated delivery times start from the day deposit clears and all required content (text, images, brand assets) has been received. Each package includes the revision rounds listed; additional revisions are billed at £30 per round.

5 · Ownership & licensing

Once paid in full, the client owns the deliverable artwork, copy, and code. The studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio. Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins) remain under their original licences.

6 · Hosting & maintenance

Website packages include initial deployment but do not include ongoing hosting unless explicitly purchased. A monthly maintenance retainer covers minor edits, plugin/security updates, and uptime monitoring as agreed in writing.

7 · Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once design/development work has begun. If the studio fails to deliver within 30 days of the agreed delivery date for reasons unrelated to client delays, the deposit is refunded in full.

8 · Liability

Total liability is limited to the value of the order. The studio is not liable for indirect loss (loss of profit, business interruption, data) arising from the use of delivered work.

9 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.
