Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect only what you submit, store it only as long as needed, and never sell or share it.

1 · Who collects your data

247 Pixels & Code (UK) — contact info@247pcservice.co.uk. Acting as Data Controller under UK GDPR.

2 · What we collect

• Contact form submissions — your name, email, and the message body. Used only to reply to your enquiry.
• Client project files — anything you send us during a project (brand assets, copy, screenshots, login credentials if you choose to share them).
• Invoices and payment records — kept for HMRC compliance.
• Server logs — IP address, browser, and timestamp on each page request. Used for diagnostics and basic abuse prevention. Rotated after 30 days.

We do not use analytics or tracking cookies on this site. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no third-party advertising scripts.

3 · How we use it

Contact data is used to respond to your message and, if you become a client, to deliver the project. Payment data is used to invoice and to meet UK tax requirements. We do not use your data for marketing or share it with third parties.

4 · How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept for 12 months after the last interaction. Project files are kept for 12 months after the project's final delivery, then archived offline. Invoices and tax records are kept for 6 years per HMRC rules.

5 · Where it's stored

Servers are based in Germany (Hetzner) and the UK (IONOS). Email is via IONOS UK. All hosts are GDPR-compliant.

6 · Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Email info@247pcservice.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

7 · Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date below changes too.
